JBF Plant Engineering

Based on successfully completed projects of the past decades, JBF can draw upon a range of proven and matching conveying, storage and compacting solutions to expand the pure shredder to a complete shredding plant. Some of the offered components are specially modified as per JBF ́s experience to handle the tiny paper shreds without troubles. Thus, the customer can buy the complete plant from a single source with JBF being responsible for all electrical and mechanical interfaces within the plant. The available components include amongst others:

• Conveyor belts for feeding and discharge of shredding material to and from the shredders
• Sorting conveyors
• Air systems for transport of tiny shreds
• Dust extractors
• Channel baling presses for compaction of large quantities of shreds to marketable bales
• Dumpsters for space saving and convenient collection and compaction of smaller paper quantities outside of the building
• Briquetting presses for very sensitive materials in the security printing industry
• Tilting devices for convenient emptying of collecting bins
