Automatic Bow Machine JBF FW 2 / FW 2-XL
Automatic machine with 2 winding positions for the production of rosettes ("gift stars", ribbons in the shape of flowers or stars). The machine processes plastic, paper and textile ribbon in widths from 5 to 32mm. The diameter of the rosettes produced ranges from 35mm to 160mm. Rosettes with a diameter of 35mm and 15 loops are produced with a cycle time of 5s. With 2 winding positions, this corresponds to approx. 1400 pieces per hour, effectively.

Bow Machine JBF FW 2 ES
Automatic high-speed easy setting winding machine for the production of rosettes of any shape. The strip material is supplied from spools or rolls that are loaded into a rack at the rear of the machine. The electronically controlled tape feed device allows easy adjustment of the rosette size. The tape is fed tension-free from a continuously loaded magazine to the winding head.
